(sounds formal, but don't worry, this is about making it good for you 🙂)
- Warranty
- Unless stated otherwise, all headsets come with a 5-year full replacement warranty. If for any reason your headset stops working, we will attempt to troubleshoot your headset with you. If we're unable to fix it, we'll send you a prepaid label to send your defective unit back to us. We'll send your replacement out immediately. If you don’t send the old unit back, we’re going to charge you for it. Fair do’s 🙂.
- Returns
- You get a 60-day money back guarantee on all headsets (60 days from when product was delivered). If you're not 100% positive bananas about your headset, or received a defective product (it's rare!), or simply changed your mind, we'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund upon receipt of the returned product. We'll even pay for the return label, how’s that?
- Support
- All headsets come with free lifetime product support (if the average age of the US population doubles, we may change this policy). If your headset isn't working contact us. We're available Monday – Friday 9am – 7:30pm EST.
- Payment
- Yes please! Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay (Bitcoin soon, we're working on it!). For eligible businesses, you can receive an invoice if you prefer.
- Happiness
- Your happiness is important to us. We can’t do much about your relationships, your health, or world politics. But we can get you the best headsets in the business and to be sure to respond when you need us.
