- First, we can check if the headset is simply not paired to the base anymore by performing a Resync. (Text instructions for Resync here)
- If the Resync didn't get us there, let's try an Unplugged Reset on the base. (Text instructions for Unplugged Reset here)
- If you've got battery lights again, congrats! Let the headset charge up to an hour if it's showing low on charge
- Still no battery lights? Give us a call at 1-800-HEADSETS and we'll get you squared away!
